Expanding upon its DSP loudspeaker line of products, Meridian America, Inc., has introduced its DSP3100 loudspeakers. The 3100s replace the existing DSP33 loudspeakers at the same price point, and the speakers are designed to serve as a bookshelf or stand-mounted speaker. To complement the speakers and their abilities to blend into a number of different home environments, Meridian offers the choice of aluminum stands that can be sand-filled or vertical mounting brackets. There is also a horizontal center-channel speaker available that can be used as part of a home theater system. -- Cindy Davis
