PE8720 DLP Video Projector by BenQ

BenQ has put together a winning combination for their PE8720 DLP high-definition, video projector with Texas Instruments' latest DLP-based Dark Chip 3, Faroudja's DCDi deinterlacer, and their own proprietary contrast adjustment technology (C.A.T.) that can boost the contrast ratio to an ultra-high level of 6200:1.

BenQ has taken the extra steps to ensure deep, saturated colors and rich blacks by sealing the optics. This has added benefits such as preventing light leakage, which can create "halo" effects around projected images, and the seal helps keep out dust. While many video projectors give off operating noise (usually from the fan), BenQ is keeping down the operating noise level to a quiet 23db.

This video projector is a serious contender in any home theater.
